We are seeking a motivated lawyer with 2–3 years’ post-admission experience to join our Sydney office and take on genuine carriage of matters from an early stage.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for a lawyer who wants real responsibility and direct client exposure, not just a seat at the back of a large team. You will work closely with our Principal and broader team across a varied caseload, including:
- Insolvency and restructuring advice and litigation
- Receivership appointments and secured creditor enforcement
- Mortgage recovery and possession proceedings
- Commercial litigation and dispute resolution
- Construction
- Banking and Finance
- Property and Conveyancing

- General corporate and commercial advisory work
About You
- Admitted to practise in NSW with 2–3 years’ relevant post-admission experience
- Experience in insolvency, restructuring, banking & finance, or commercial litigation highly regarded
- Strong drafting and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising directly with clients, counsel, and the courts
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and keen to build genuine expertise in a specialist practice area
- Able to manage competing deadlines and a busy caseload with autonomy

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer or Property Lawyer to join our Sydney office and manage matters independently across a broad range of residential, commercial, industrial, and development property work, including large-scale commercial conveyancing for developer and builder clients. A licensed conveyancer with strong, demonstrated experience is ideal for this role, though we will also consider an admitted property lawyer with the right background.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants genuine file ownership and direct client exposure, not just a seat at the back of a large team. You will work closely with our Principal and broader team across a varied caseload, including:
- End-to-end conveyancing transactions across multiple Australian jurisdictions, spanning residential, commercial, and industrial property
- Large commercial conveyancing matters for developer and builder clients, including off-the-plan sales, project disposals, and bulk transactions
- Acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development matters
- Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders, and relevant authorities nationwide
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, vendor statements, leases, and related documentation
- Due diligence and compliance with relevant state and territory legislation
- Supporting the Principal Solicitor on complex property and commercial matters
About You
- Licensed Conveyancer (preferred) or Admitted Australian legal practitioner with eligibility to practise across multiple jurisdictions (or willingness to obtain)
- Demonstrated experience in conveyancing and property law, including large commercial and industrial matters
- Experience acting for developers and builders on commercial property transactions highly regarded
- Strong understanding of property legislation across Australian states and territories
- Strong drafting and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders, and authorities
- Self-motivated and commercially minded, able to manage files autonomously in a high-volume environment
